Lionel Picton

Lionel Picton was a 20th century Cheshire doctor who campaigned throughout his life for the role of proper diet in health to be recognised. Specifically, he believed in the health benefits of crops grown in healthy, nutrient rich soils, which we would today recognise as organic growing.
