David Woolcombe
David Woolcombe is the founder and President of Peace Child International. In the 1990s, Peace Child empowered and enabled young people around the world to produce childrens editions of key UN documents. Since 1999 Peace Child has held three World Youth Congresses, and this Briefing will be a key background paper for the Fourth Youth Congress, to be held in Quebec City, Canada in August 2008.
